This webinar is aimed at TY and senior cycle students and is open to all aspiring aviators, regardless of gender. Students engage directly with industry pioneers, ask questions, and immerse themselves in the dynamic world of aviation.

Why is it Important?

We explore  personal  stories, opportunities, challenges, and   invaluable contributions of key women in the Irish aviation sector. The goal of this webinar is to encourage and empower young people and professional into the field but also to create awareness and understanding in this area.
FWIA 2023 saw: 2,000 Students, from 40 Schools attend this fantastic webinar with 9 Speakers.
 

On Tuesday 17th October 2023, over 2000 students from 40 different schools and aviation professionals joined us for our event which included an exciting line up of women working in Aviation today. 

This event was in collaboration with the Shannon Airport Group, Shannon Aviation Museum and TY Hub
