We are delighted to welcome lots of Transtion Year students to help us in Don Bosco Care. Below are some of the ways you can get involved:

• Take part in our TY Cares Fundraising Project.

• Be a volunteer for one hour a week as part of your Gaisce (the President’s award) community placement. The President’s award is a really fun part of TY because it shows you have an interest in helping people and trying new things, and it looks brilliant on your CV.

• Don Bosco Care is a very interesting place to work as part of your work experience in TY. This would be a good idea if you had an interest in pursuing a career in social care or have an interest in social care. It .

• Come to Don Bosco Care as part of your TY community action and get involved doing something for your community.
